In this role, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include liaising with subcontractors, supervising on-site activities, maintaining health and safety compliance, and assisting in the coordination of project phases to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the housing development sector, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housing development projects
- Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors effectively
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS card) preferred
