Large housing developer looking for a PERMANENT Assistant Site Manager for their Midlands regional office.
Site is based in Northampton working alongside Senior Site Manager and Trainee Site Manager on existing site of 217 units.
SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 4 and First Aid required, although they will put the right candidate through training and new qualifications if required.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience doing a similar role currently but if not some construction industry knowledge would be needed.
