Fire Joiner (Foreman) - Birmingham
Our client, a reputable Maintenance Subcontractor company in Birmingham, is seeking a permanent Fire Joiner with leadership experience to join their team. The role involves overseeing and executing fire joinery tasks on various maintenance projects across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising site operatives, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, coordinating materials and labour, and liaising with clients and management to meet project deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Fire Joiner, ideally with supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and fire-related joinery work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage site teams effectively
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications in fire or joinery work
- Experience working on maintenance and refurbishment projects advantageous
