Sales Advisor

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, guiding them through the property purchasing process, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sales Executive within a 5-star developer environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process, industry standards, and customer relationship management. You will be expected to actively promote available properties, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's growth through effective communication and professional conduct.   • Previous experience as a Sales Executive in a 5* housing developer environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for mileage allowance)

This exciting role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000.
