Approach Personnel is seeking a dedicated Permanent Sales Advisor to join a reputable Housing Contractor company in Coventry, West Midlands. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in new homes sales. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, demonstrating properties, negotiating sales, processing related documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, organised, and proactive in supporting customers through the purchasing journey. You will also be tasked with ensuring the sales area and show properties are presented professionally, updating clients on their progress, and staying informed about market trends and product knowledge. This is a customer-focused role requiring flexibility with working hours and a full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in new homes sales or similar sales experience
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and rapport-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the business
- Full UK Driving Licence
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of between £28,000 and £30,000 with an uncapped OTE of approximately £65,000.
