Sales Progressor - New Build Housing

Are you an experienced Sales Progressor within the new build housing sector?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, family-owned, regional new build housing developer, who are currently searching for an experienced Sales Progressor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Leeds office. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for monitoring all ongoing sales from reservation through to exchange and completion in a smooth and timely manner.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience as a Sales Progressor within a new build housing setting is ideal.
  • Confident telephone manner and prior ability of speaking to clients
  • Excellent administration skills, logging all customer interactions and chasing reminders
  • Great team player and can contribute to regional success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all key milestones are met within target timelines
  • Keep accurate and updated records of each sale’s progress.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers post-reservation
  • Explain the buying process, next steps, and manage expectations.
  • Chase solicitors on both sides to ensure paperwork is progressing.
  • Coordinate final steps to ensure smooth legal completion and key handover.
