The role requires a proactive individual capable of liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimise project outcomes. You will play a key role in tendering, valuation, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall profitability of each development.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the housing or construction sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts, pricing, and procurement processes
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction-related discipline
- Experience with cost control, valuation, and financial reporting in housing projects
