Senior Site Manager / PM - Birmingham - SoHo

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Permanent Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham, specifically in the SoHo area. This pivotal role involves overseeing social housing refurbishment projects, including kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, loft insulation, and retrofit works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a team consisting of two Assistant Site Managers, an RLO (Resident Liaison Officer), and a Surveyor, providing leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, along with a car allowance, bonus scheme, and comprehensive package, reflecting the importance of this position within the company.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within social housing refurbishment projects
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and loft insulation works
  • Understanding of retrofit processes and procedures
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple on-site teams including Assistant Site Managers, RLO, and Surveyor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in health and safety standards and regulations
  • Experience managing projects on time, within scope, and budget constraints
  • Valid CSCS and relevant site management qualifications
