This role involves overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, enforce health and safety protocols, and maintain excellent communication with clients and design teams. An integral part of your role will be to lead and motivate site teams, ensure compliance with building regulations, and proactively resolve issues to minimise delays and costs.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the housing development sector
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications such as a CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant construction certifications
