Approach Personnel is seeking a dedicated Permanent Supervisor for our client, a reputable Maintenance Subcontractor company based in South London. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will coordinate with teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to supervise daily site activities, enforce health and safety regulations, and deliver quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within the maintenance or construction industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources efficiently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Relevant qualifications such as CSCS card and potentially a recognised supervisory or management certification
